Submit your tool for editorial consideration
Built an AI tool or useful software product? Send it to AI Tools Finder HQ for editorial consideration. Clear, complete submissions make it easier for our team to understand what your product does and whether it may be useful to our readers.
What to include
Please include enough information for us to understand the product without guessing important details.
Tool or product name, official website URL, and one clear sentence explaining what it does.
Main category, intended users, and the primary workflow or problem the product is designed to address.
Current pricing, free-plan or trial information, billing details, and any important usage limits.
Important capabilities, supported platforms or integrations, and material limitations readers should know about.
A suitable contact name and email address in case we need clarification about the submission.
Clearly disclose any affiliate offer, sponsorship proposal, promotional arrangement, or other commercial relationship.
What happens after submission
We review the information provided and check whether the product is relevant to our readers and editorial scope.
When needed, important product, feature, pricing, or availability claims may be checked against official sources.
The team decides whether the product fits a future listing, review, comparison, guide, or other appropriate coverage.
Submission policy
Submitting a product does not guarantee listing, review, ranking, recommendation, or publication. Coverage decisions may depend on relevance, usefulness, reader interest, available information, product quality, and editorial priorities.
We may contact the submitter for clarification, but submission does not create an obligation for AI Tools Finder HQ to respond or publish.
Accuracy matters
Please provide current and accurate information. Product features, pricing, limits, availability, and policies can change, so official source links are especially useful for time-sensitive details.
Our editorial process separates provider claims from our own analysis and from any direct testing that actually takes place. You can learn more on our How We Review page.
